About Me

I've been struggling to lose weight for the past two years. I'll lose a few pounds only to gain then back again. I'm hovering in the mid 180s and my short term goal is to get down to 175 and work my way towards my long term goal of physical fitness. I've been working with someone to help me figure out the right amount of food I should be eating based on how much I'm working out. We started back in July and haven't seen much movement in the scale. I think this has been mostly due to my lack of consistency. I follow the plan from M-F and then it goes out the door for the weekend. I CrossFit at least 4 times a week and have been supplementing with rowing too. I started this blog and instagram account to help keep me accountable and to document my journey.
