Went out for lunch to celebrate my friend's bday. I was very hungry after the WOD and ate everything on my plate.

WOD

Ascending ladder of deadlifts - 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. - 105#
Descending ladder of up and over box jumps - 12, 11, 10, 9, etc.

I completed 117 reps in 10 minutes.
