I'm short on protein today. I'll aim to get more in tomorrow. I'm using myfitness pal.

Workout of the Day (WOD)

4 Rounds
12 Hang Power Cleans
9 Thrusters
6 Hang Power Snatches

Finished in 13:22, used 35#. The weight limiting movement was thrusters. Doing my best to avoid hip pain.
