Goals
I want to be healthier. I exercise regularly and would think that my body would reflect that but it doesn't. I'm 5'2" and 184 lbs. Definitely overweight. I intend to use this blog to log food and activities.
I hope to exercise at least 4 times a week, my first choice is CrossFit. I plan to supplement with a little rowing too.
I'm working with a trainer to figure out how much I should be eating. I'm keeping track of my macros.
Goal for the days that I workout is 1750 Calories and 1400 for the other days.
